As If We Never Said Goodbye ist ein Song aus der achtzehnten Folge der zweiten Staffel, Born This Way. Das Original stammt aus dem bekannten Musical, Sunset Boulevard (ein Musical von Andrew Lloyd Webber) und wird von Kurt Hummel gesungen, nachdem dieser den New Directions wieder beigetreten ist. Der Titel des Songs ist ein wenig ironisch, da Kurt sich nie von den New Directions verabschiedet hat, als er seinen Wechsel auf die Dalton Academy, in der Episode Amor muss verrückt sein, ankündigte.
Das Lied wurde, in der ursprünglichen West End-Produktion von 1993, von Patti LuPone gesungen.
