If I Can't Have You ist ein Song aus der sechzehnten Episode der dritten Staffel, Saturday Night Glee-ver, und wird von Santana mit Kurt, Mercedes und Tina gesungen. Sie singt den Song aufgrund der Wochenaufgabe und weil Will möchte, dass sie sich Gedanken über ihre Zukunft macht. Da es sich um ein Liebeslied handelt und sie es offensichtlich für Brittany singt, geht Will davon aus, dass Santana später Rechtsanwältin werden möchte, um für die Rechte gleichgeschlechtlicher Ehen zu kämpfen. Sie berichtigt ihn jedoch, dass es ihr einzig und allein um den Ruhm geht. Während des Songs sieht Sam sehnsüchtig zu Mercedes, während Finn zu Rachel blickt. Nach dem Auftritt ist Brittany zu Tränen gerührt.
Das Orginal stammt von den Bee Gees aus dem Soundtrack zum Film "Saturday Night Fever" aus dem Jahr 1977. In der Serie wird die Version von Yvonne Elliman, ebenfalls aus dem Soundtrack zum Film "Saturday Night Fever", allerdings aus dem Jahr 1978 verwendet.
