Home ist ein Song aus der zweiten Episode der sechsten Staffel, Homecoming, und wird von Artie, Brittany, Jane, Kurt, Madison, Mason, Puck, Quinn, Rachel, Roderick, Santana, Spencer und Tina gesungen. Nachdem der neue Glee Club nun offiziell gebildet ist, feiern die neuen Mitglieder und Absolventen das mit einer Gruppenumarmung, wobei Sam anfängt, den Song zu pfeifen. Darauhin rennen alle nach draußen und es ist zu sehen, wie Madison und Mason den Song bei ihrem Vorsingen für den Glee Club singen, Spencer im Umkleideraum singt und die neuen Mitglieder zusammen singend und tanzend die Schulflure entlang gehen. Die Performance endet beim McKinley Homecoming-Lagerfeuer im Schulhof, wo alle das Feuerwork betrachten, außer Kurt und Rachel, der betrübt zu Blaine und Dave sieht.
