Get Back è una canzone dei Beatles cantata da Kurt Hummel e Rachel Berry nell'episodio La rivincita di Tina, il secondo della Quinta Stagione.
Kurt dice che a Rachel che ha perso la sua sicurezza perché pensa solamente alla risposta per la parte in Funny Girl. Kurt aggiunge che non può perdere la sua autostima solo per quella parte. Quando Rachel tenta di negarlo, Kurt comincia a cantare Get Back. Rachel inizia a sorridere e canta insieme a lui. Insieme corrono per la stanza, salgono sui pianoforti, gli studenti della NYADA si uniscono alla performance cantando e spostando i pianoforti per farli passare. Alla fine dello spettacolo, i ragazzi nell'aula applaudono.
