Beth by KISS is featured in Theatricality, the twentieth episode of Season One. It is sung by the New Directions Boys, with Finn and Puck singing lead.
It is sung with the intention of naming Quinn and Puck's baby Beth, after Puck suggested Jackie Daniels as a name. Quinn seems very touched by the song, as she is seen crying during it. After the song Puck and Quinn have a sweet moment together. Puck's efforts are not in vain as later in the season his and Quinn's daughter is named Beth.
Finn sings his verse as an apology towards Kurt after using offensive language during a heated discussion in their new bedroom.
