Get Back by The Beatles is featured in Tina in the Sky with Diamonds, the second episode of Season Five. It is sung by Kurt and Rachel.

Kurt says that Rachel has lost her motivation by drowning herself over having been denied the part in Funny Girl. When Rachel attempts to deny it, Kurt breaks into Get Back, in an attempt to get Rachel's ambition back. Rachel begins to smile as she joins the song. The two leap around the room as their NYADA peers move pianos around. At the end of the performance, the class applauds and Rachel, feeling complete, stands on the piano and grins.
