No Scrubs by TLC is featured in Sadie Hawkins, the eleventh episode of Season Four. It is sung by the New Directions Boys at the Sadie Hawkins dance, with solos from Artie, Blaine, Joe, Ryder, and Sam.

Assuming that it must have been hard for the girls at their school to summon the courage to ask a guy out to the dance, the boys dedicate this song to them. The crowd is shown enjoying the song and the elaborate dance moves. All the boys, except for Artie, take off their jackets during the performance.

Jake is the only New Directions boy who did not sing in this song, although he is mouthing the words.
This is Sam and Artie's third time and Joe's second time singing at a school dance, with the song being a group number. The first one was Friday in Season Two, and the second was What Makes You Beautiful with Joe in Season Three.
The same song has been featured in one of SimGM Production's Glee Spoof episodes, only with the New Directions Girls singing it.
Amber Riley danced to a remix of the original version of the song on Dancing With the Stars.
