Nolan Gerard Funk, born July 28, 1986, is a Canadian actor, Broadway performer, recording artist, and dancer best known. He is known for his role as Nikko Alexander in Spectacular!, as Conrad Birdie in Bye Bye Birdie, and had a recurring role as Hunter Clarington on Glee between 2012 and 2013.
Personal life[]
Funk has an older sister, Natanya. He is fluent in both French and German and used to be a competitive gymnast in Canada when he was younger.[1]
Career[]
Funk got his break starring opposite Victoria Justice in Nickelodeon’s 2009 movie Spectacular!, starred in the Broadway musical, Bye Bye Birdie, in 2009 and 2010. He had a role as Tyler in House at the End of the Street in 2012, opposite Jennifer Lawrence, Max Thieriot, and Elisabeth Shue, and as Ryan in The Canyons in 2013, opposite Lindsay Lohan. He also starred as Luna in Riddick, opposite Vin Diesel, in 2013.
Funk has a recurring role as Hunter on Glee in 2012 and 2013, and as Collin Jennings on Awkward in 2013.
