Quinn, Mercedes, Sam, and Joe first mention it in the God Squad as they reassure an upset Kurt, they tell him they'll bring him to visit Karofskty. Later, Kurt goes to the Saint Agnes Hospital to visit Dave after he tried to commit suicide. Kurt helps comfort Dave as Dave struggles to hold himself together. This is the final scene Karofsky is seen in during Season Three.
