A New Fanfiction Idea

Hello, I am planning on writing my first glee fanfiction ever on here so here is an idea. Before I wrote my first blog post ever on here, I looked at some of the older blog posts just to know what I was getting into. Back in 2011-2012 there were a bunch of fanfictions, now there's none and also some of the fanfictions were really interesting. Othere users got to submit their own characters for other people's stories. Now that is what I want to do. Would any of you out there actually participate in something like that? If so, then I'm probably going to write one and if not, then I'll just drop the idea.
