Two kids, a boy and a girl, walked into the choir room.

"Hi," Brittany said," I'm running auditions and you two are probably going to be in New Directions. Isn't it awesome?!"

"Uh, yeah, sure," the girl said and the boy gave a thumb's up and nodded enthusiastically.

"So," Brittany said," Who's going first?"

"I will," the boy said immediately," I'm Hepburn Hummel-Anderson and I'll be singing Walking on Sunshine by Katrina and the Waves."

"Oh, cool, I sang that once but it was a mash-up with Halo. Do you like 80s music?"

"Yeah!"

I'm Hepburn Hummel-Anderson and New Directions sounds super cool! My daddy, Kurt, told me all about the adventures he and his friends got into in New Directions and I can't wait! What won't be great is having to hang out with my dad, Blaine. He and daddy are divorced and they never talk to each other.

"What's the best?" Hepburn asked.

"It's my turn now, right?" the girl asked.

"Yeah. What's your name?"

"Sara Evans and I'll be singing Diamonds by Rihanna."

"Okay."

Here's my chance to be a star. I have the perfect song and my mom's voice. I honestly cannot wait for this. My mom let me choose between New Directions and the Troubletones. I considered the Troubletones but New Directions is where my parents met and they tell me so much about it. I'm going to be a queen.

Meanwhile in the auditorium Blaine was getting the kids ready for a group song.

Lacey rolled her eyes. She wanted to get out of here

"Sorry Mr Anderson, but we were awful," Gabriella said.

"You just need practice," Blaine said as Shrindihie snorted," Well, New Directions practice is over."

Everyone walked out the door then split off in several directions. Shrindhie and Gabriella headed into to the bathroom. They started kissing and were getting into the make-out, when the door opened and a girl walked in.

"Clarissa," Gabriella said as she resurfaced,"I've been wanting to talk to you. Why the h*ll did you think it was okay to smear my reputation?"

"You smeared my girlfriend's reputation. You're going to pay," Shrinidhie said.

Clarissa snorted. "As if, you don't really care about her just what she can give you."

"And the same isn't true about your boyfriend. He's going to dump you once he's on top, but you're a naive idiot who doesn't get it."

"What are you talking about?!" Clarissa yelled, which rose to a scream," My boyfriend always knows what's best. He is intelligent and wise."

Clarisa turned on Shrinidhie and slapped her in the face.

After she left, Shrinidhie embraced Gabriella again.

"You know," Gabriella said," Clarissa's pretty f***** up. She might be the biggest b**** in the school. I think she got her boyfriend to tell the whole school that I was a lesbian."

"That's awful!"

"Yeah. She'll get what she deserves eventually."

Later, New Directions was at the school assembly hall. The Troubletones were going to perform.

"Do you know any of them?" Jonathan whispered to Aaron

"Yeah, that's Amelia Sterling-Duval, she super sweet, and that's Addy Cooper, her best friend. Oh yeah, there's the lead singer."

"Who?"

"Clarissa Abrams. She the HBIC of the school and she's ruthless. According to some people, she nice deep deep down inside but I think it's just a rumor. At this school, she's evil incarnate."

The Troubletones girls stepped out onto the stage and the music began to play.
