Results
Apparently, this round really made all of you lose your minds. Don't worry, I understand. It's a challenge, let's be real! But I think a majority of you guys did well, from what me and Kyler have looked at. We've had some crazy popular blogs of these parodies, I think you all did great.
As well, as Kyle has been excused from this round, he used the Safe Guard, meaning that he can only use it once in the competition.

What I had personally thought about your assignment, it was just so sweet. It was really adorable and the lyric alignment was on point occasionally, but you did great with it. Great job!

You did a good job as well, while Kyler had did feel like it wasn't your strongest, I did feel like it was very funny, and that you would def. be my pick to be safe. You did a good job as well!

I can admit, that Starships was a hard song to do and I wanted you to take that challenge. And you did, that's what I respected. Even if your assignment didn't flow as well, you didn't really seem to struggle from what others have.
DefyMe - 3.6
I know that you've definitely had a rough two past rounds, I do feel like there was something still missing in the assignment, just that humor feeling, I felt it occasionally. On the other hand, you gave three versions, not to mention a song cover of your own, and that shows hard work and determination.
Bottom Three
So, the bottom three was a hard choice, I was hesitant about these three, but the bottom three are DanielTravel, Myzou, and Samchel fan
Daniel, we gave you a 3.5, because while your assignment was pretty clever, it could have been a bit better. Most of the song often overuses "Blame It" a lot, when the verses in the actual song aren't there at all. But I can tell that you were struggling as well.
Tim, you recieved a 3.5 as well, we did feel like your song was moving in a right direction, but it wasn't your best compared to last round's. It seemed a bit bland, and most of the lyrics didn't really fit into the melody, but as well I could understand because Loser Like Me seemed hard too.
Fefe, you recieved a 3.1, at most parts the song seemed great, but there were times where it was a bit unnatural, and it seemed that you tried to make the song fit, some was hard to understand, although you were very creative at least, but the lyrics seemed force.
It's intense, guys, I know. You all can beat me up for it.
This round, Kyler and I will decide who will be safe and entering the top 8. Good luck, all.
The Fifth Round
So, no, this doesn't have anything to do with the 100th episode, no, you will not be covering a Glee song, but... you will bring out your talent in writing a song, in rendition of a song Glee covered. If you have ever watched those usual parodies of certain songs, can you catch the humor out of it?
For this assignment, you guys will test your humor by writing your own song in a rendition of an assigned song that Glee has covered. Each person will recieve a song Glee has performed, and you will try to write a song that will use humor, anything about Glee (characters, relationships, etc.) to make the parody funny.
Kyler and I will both grade these assignments based on the humor, and if the lyrics fit and make sense.
Here's an example.
"If I were on Glee, even just for a day, I'd make out with Blaine all morning, and twerk with him all night on the floor,"
